Enhance Military Culture by Promoting Healthy Lifestyles
Implement a holistic and regionally-accessible coaching program intended to enhance Military Culture by decreasing high risk behaviors and promoting healthy lifestyle choices and routine physical activity in Service Members; while also benefiting Family Members and Retirees with the same paradigm.
Help Service Members Attain Military Fitness Standards
Assist units and individual Service Members through fitness programming to attain and maintain fitness standards:
- IAW FM 7-22 (PRT),
- AR 600-9 (AWCP), and
- AR 600-8-2 (SFPA).
Use Fitness Standards that Increase Readiness for Missions
Develop and use unit and individual fitness and body composition standards that increase retention and resiliency through mitigating injuries and chronic illnesses, thereby increasing readiness for the responsibility to execute missions, both local and abroad.

New Solider Indoctrination
Individual Case Management
Providing individual case management and coaching on fitness and nutritional programming for both the removal of SFPA and/or those wanting to achieve a higher level of physical performance.
Physical Training Cells
Implementation of PT (Physical Training) Cells throughout the state, providing a day/time per week that a Warrior Fitness Coach is available outside office locations their region for consults, assessments, and physical conditioning guidance.
Recruit Sustainment Program
Regional partnerships with Recruit Sustainment Program to aid Recruiting and Retention (R&R) in preparing new recruits for the Occupational Physical Assessment Test (OPAT) and develop conditioning programs to prepare for APFT during BCT/AIT.
New Solider Indoctrination
The Battle Hand-Off Ceremony is conducted monthly, to do a ceremonial patching and warm hand-off of Soldiers just finished with their Basic Combat and Advanced Individual Training to their MSC Commanders and Command Sergeants Major.
Mobilized/Deployed Solider Coaching
Warrior Fitness partnered with SC Pre-Mobilization Training Assistance Element with scheduling to individually consult and assess during pre-deployment activities to prepare for remote fitness coaching
